Angriest ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website angriest.com and provides AI-powered customer anger monitoring services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. If you join a team, we associate your account with your organization's tenant.
1.2 Customer Message Data
You may submit customer messages to the Service via direct paste, CSV upload, or connected email accounts. This data may include names, email addresses, message content, and metadata. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to submit this data.
1.3 Email Integration Data
If you choose to connect your email account (Gmail or Microsoft Outlook), we request access to read your email messages for the purpose of ingesting customer communications into the Service. Specifically:
- Google (Gmail): We request the
gmail.readonlyscope to read email messages. We do not send, modify, or delete your emails. We only access email content to identify and score customer messages. Automated/marketing emails are filtered out and not stored. - Microsoft (Outlook): We request the
Mail.Readscope via Microsoft Graph API. We do not send, modify, or delete your emails. We only access email content to identify and score customer messages.
OAuth tokens are stored securely in our database and are used solely to authenticate with the respective email provider on your behalf. You can disconnect your email account at any time from the Settings page, which revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.
1.4 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
